When God Feels Silent

Silence doesn’t mean absence. Sometimes God is working in the quiet places we don’t see yet.

There are times we read, we pray, we worship…
and it still feels like Heaven is quiet.

If you’re in one of those seasons, it’s easy to think:

“Did I do something wrong?”
“Is God mad at me?”
“Why isn’t He answering?”

But silence does not equal absence.

Think about seeds in the ground.
You don’t see anything happening on the surface, but underneath, there’s movement, growth, preparation.

Often, God is:

  • Strengthening our roots
  • Teaching us to trust, not just feel
  • Preparing answers we’re not ready to carry yet

In the quiet seasons:

  • Keep showing up.
  • Keep opening His Word.
  • Keep talking to Him honestly about the silence.

You may not see it yet, but He is still working, still present, still faithful.
The quiet season won’t last forever — but what He builds in you during it can.
